Privacy Policy for لَمّة العراق (Lamma IQ)
This policy applies only to the Android application لَمّة العراق (Lamma IQ), package me.lammaiq.app, published on Google Play under the developer name Nway Venture Games. The service is operated and its user data is managed by Integrated Media House FZE, registration 10561/2017, 1901 Creative Towers, CCFZ, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates 4422.

Service providers and sharing
Lamma IQ uses Google Firebase Authentication for sign-in, Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google User Messaging Platform for consent-aware advertising, Google Play services, and Cloudflare/OpenAI Sites hosting. These providers may process the data necessary to deliver their services. Advertising data is collected or shared only as permitted by applicable law, device settings and the consent choices shown in the app. Integrated Media House FZE does not sell personal information.
Security and retention
Data is transmitted using encrypted connections. Account data is retained while the account is active and only as long as needed for the purposes above, security, dispute resolution or legal obligations. Local favourites can be removed by clearing the app's data. Provider security and advertising logs follow the relevant provider's retention rules.
Children and family content
Lamma IQ contains family-friendly content but does not ask a child to submit sensitive personal information. A parent or guardian should supervise a child's use of account and advertising features where required by local law.
Account and data deletion
Delete a Lamma IQ account and its associated data
- Send an email from the same address used for the Lamma IQ account to gairik6183@gmail.com.
- Use the subject Delete Lamma IQ account and include the account email address.
- State clearly that you request deletion of the لَمّة العراق (Lamma IQ) account and its associated data.
After identity verification, Integrated Media House FZE will delete the Firebase account identifier, display name, email address and developer-controlled profile data within 30 days. Local favourites must be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the app. Limited records may be retained only when required for security, fraud prevention or law. Deleting Lamma IQ does not delete the user's separate Google account.
